Introduction morning: Wednesday 1st July 10am – 12.30pm

Charge: £15 (deducted from course fee if you book)

NB: You can attend the course without attending the introduction morning.

 

Course dates: Wednesdays from 10am to 12.30pm from 16th September to 4th November.

Retreat day on Saturday 17th October in Faversham.

 

Course charge:  £250

Includes 8 course sessions, a one day practice retreat on Saturday 17th October & course materials.

Course description:

Develop compassion-based mindfulness skills as a faculty for enjoying life to the full and taking challenges in your stride. The course covers the fundamentals of compassion-based mindfulness meditation, mindfulness in daily life and mindful communication to improve relationships, and looks at ways of using mindfulness to enhance and balance our everyday stresses. Suitable for those wanting some skills to balance life more effectively - may not be suitable for those with serious depression or anxiety or those who have recently gone through a major life change such as a bereavement.
