The online yoga studio will be open from approximately 10 mins before a session and for a few minutes after the end.

LIVE-STREAMED CLASSES ON ZOOM (recommended for social connection)

Until the end of July, I will run most classes on a drop-in and by donation basis. There will be no regular classes during August and from mid-September I will resume teaching a similar timetable which is likely to be a combination of online and in-person small group classes following goverment guidelines to limit the spread of Covid-19.

SMALL GROUP MINDFULNESS CLASS (suggested donation £7)

Tuesdays 12.00 - 13.15 (UK) 

Small group class for people who want to have an in-depth look at meditation and practice together. The class is a combination of guided mindfulness practices from a range of traditions (mainly Buddhism and secular mindfulness) and inquiry into the practices and how they are helping us in our lives at this time. Limited places.

CALMING YOGA ON TUESDAYS (suggested donation £7)
Tuesdays 17.00 - 18.15 (UK) 
Let go of the daytime to settle for the evening.

STORYTIME - It Is Grimm  (suggested donation £5 - £10)
Tuesdays 19.30 - 21.00 (UK) 
Listening meditation, story told by Lee and Karin, followed by reflection on the meaning of the story for you, some gentle social connection in small groups. This makes a reflective and restful end to the session and the day.

Simple yoga and mindfulness to start the day positively and help yourself and others in the crisis.
