Very gentle and mindful mixed ability yoga

Suitable for complete beginners and anyone who likes to focus on improving muscle flexibility, balance and joint range of movement as well as releasing physical and mental tension.

Mixed ability hatha yoga class

Helps students to understand anatomy of breathing and yoga postures and incorporates principles of mindfulness meditation, gentle pranayama (breathing practice) and relaxation.

Mindfulness class

Inspired by Tibetan yoga, Buddhism and secular mindfulness, we practive very gentle mindful movement and mindfulness meditation. Very suitable for those who want to learn to meditate or like practising in a group. Suitable for people recovering from illness or injury.

Gentle hatha yoga class

Suitable for beginners and students who like a gentle, slow class. Introducing and reminding ourselves of the principles of Scaravelli-inspired, mindful yoga. Learning to link postures with breath and mind and (re)aligning the body.

Intermediate hatha yoga class

Going deeper into the practice of hatha yoga, incorporating asana, pranayama, mudra, bhanda, meditation and deep relaxation. Modifications for challenging asanas always given.
