Karin teaches embodied yoga in tune with the natural body, the four elements and the cycles and seasons of life.
​
This enables participants to learn to listen and respond to the wisdom of the natural body, as well as to (re)connect to and utilise their own innate resources whilst being in a respectful relationship with nature.
Each "mini retreat" is two hours long and encompasses:

Deep relaxation

Inquiry into the gifts of the season

Reflection and intention setting
- Time to share (break-out rooms optional if you're not in the mood)

Karin creates a rich experience for participants, with which she aims to support you in navigating the challenging circumstances of the ever-changing world we all live in.
