To joyfully embody and honour the four seasons

Natural, seasonal, embodied mini-retreats (online) with Karin

These sessions are free for participants in the 2024 programme  Yoga Through The Seasons 

Karin teaches embodied yoga in tune with the natural body, the four elements and the cycles and seasons of life.

This enables participants to learn to listen and respond to the wisdom of the natural body, as well as to (re)connect to and utilise their own innate resources whilst being in a respectful relationship with nature.


Each "mini retreat" is two hours long and encompasses:

  • Non-athletic, accessible movement practices

  • Guided meditation

  • Deep relaxation

  • Inquiry into the gifts of the season

  • Reflection and intention setting

  • Time to share (break-out rooms optional if you're not in the mood)
  • Practices to take away


Karin creates a rich experience for participants, with which she aims to support you in navigating the challenging circumstances of the ever-changing world we all live in.

The mini retreats are recorded and available to watch again.
