Karin has a gift for making embodiment, yoga and mindfulness principles accessible and useful to everyone.
How you are as a body affects your whole life, and it is something you have the power to change.
She introduces students to the philosophies and practices of yoga, embodiment and mindfulness in a way that is relevant and applicable to modern lifestyles. She encourages students to expand their practice into their lives off the mat to gain freedom from unhelpful habitual patterns, whether physical or mental.

Karin's yoga and teaching practice is inspired by Vanda Scaravelli's teaching of postural yoga, her training as an Embodied Yoga Principles tutor, embodied facilitator and coach and her practice of Tibetan Buddhism and Zen (in the tradition of Plum Village).

Online workshops, mini retreats, gatherings and courses
Karin is preparing and delivering an extensive programme of seasonal workshops, practice gatherings, mini-retreats, storytelling sessions and short courses for 2021. These are all online until restrictions are lifted.
One to ones are available online from £50 per hour. This can include embodied coaching to help you in your life, and yoga and mindfulness private tuition to increase your health and wellbeing. Private sessions can be very helpful for people with health issues. Please contact Karin to discuss your situation.
