Karin introduces students to the philosophies and practices of yoga, embodiment and mindfulness in a way that is relevant and applicable to modern lifestyles. She encourages students to expand their practice into their lives off the mat to gain freedom from unhelpful habitual patterns, whether physical or mental.

Karin's yoga and teaching practice is inspired by Vanda Scaravelli's teaching of postural yoga, her training as an Embodied Yoga Principles tutor, embodied facilitator and coach and her practice of Tibetan Buddhism and Zen (in the tradition of Plum Village).
